Returns and Damage Politcy
We want you to be thoroughly pleased with every purchase. If a product is not satisfactory for any reason, you may return it within 5 working days; HOWEVER, MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED ONLY WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Merchandise shipped as ordered and authorized for return is subject to restocking and transportation charges.CUSTOM MADE MERCHANDISE AND CUT FABRIC MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the carton, call the shipper immediately for damage inspection. Also, please notify our firm to alert us that you have a claim. No allowance can be made unless this procudeure is followed.
